Emma Freestone

Emma completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2025 at the University of Canberra and joined the Momentum Physio & Rehab team in 2026.

Emma became an occupational therapist because she loves helping people take part in the everyday activities that are important to them. She enjoys working with individuals and families across Canberra and the ACT, supporting people to build confidence, independence, and practical skills for daily life.

Emma takes a friendly, collaborative approach to therapy and enjoys getting to know each client to tailor support that fits their goals and lifestyle.

Outside of work, Emma loves staying active — whether that’s at the gym, heading out for long walks, or getting outdoors hiking or camping.
