What is Vestibular Migraine?
Vestibular migraine is a condition that affects the balance system, causing episodes of dizziness, vertigo or unsteadiness. Some people also experience headaches, while others may have dizziness without a migraine headache. Symptoms can be triggered by factors such as stress, lack of sleep, certain foods or hormonal changes.
Our Vestibular Physiotherapists can assess your symptoms, identify possible triggers and provide personalised treatment, including balance exercises, dizziness management strategies and advice to help reduce symptoms and improve your confidence in everyday activities.
