Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) is a detailed assessment and report completed by our Occupational Therapist to better assist you with ensuring your support needs are met in your NDIS plan. An FCA may be required if you have a change of circumstances within your current NDIS plan or accessing the NDIS for the first time. Either way, we are here to help.

Our Occupational Therapist will organise a visit to your home to have an indepth discussion and understanding of you care needs and supports required. A comprehensive report will then be submitted to the NDIS with recommendations for funding allocation and support needs within your NDIS plan for you to reach your full potential.
