Please note: Anne, our Senior Physiotherapist, is currently focused on clinical leadership and team support, and is not taking on physiotherapy appointments at this time.

Born and raised in Canberra, Anne grew up competing in Athletics and Cross Country running. Through injury, Anne came into contact with the world of physiotherapy. It was during these times that Anne developed an interest in the human body and decided to become a physiotherapist.

Anne graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy in 2011. Anne has experience in a range of settings including public health, private, rehabilitation and as a rehabilitation consultant.

Anne’s interest in rehabilitation includes amputee, stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injury, Motor Neurone Disease, and anything neurological. Anne also has experience working with microprocessor knees in both prosthetic and orthotic equipment.

Anne has been pivotal in assisting transformational rehabilitation in a number of individuals, leading to outcomes which have been nationally recognised in the media.  In late 2020, Anne transitioned into a leadership role leading a small team of neurological physiotherapists. Since then, Anne’s team has grown to include other areas of physiotherapy, neurological occupational therapy, exercise physiology and allied health assistants. Anne is now the Manager of Therapy Services,  providing mentoring support and leadership to the broader therapy teams.

In her down time, you might catch Anne going for a run or spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Jayden graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation in 2020 and joined the Neurospace team in 2021.

He has an interest in a variety of areas such as Neurological conditions, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and injury prevention, chronic pain and disease management as well as strength and conditioning for sports performance or general health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, Jayden plays AFL for the Queanbeyan Tigers and enjoys going for hikes, camping, fishing and playing video games.

Jayden grew up in country NSW and frequently travels home to see his family and friends as well as spend quality time with his multiple dogs.

Louise completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra in 2021 and Joined the Neurospace Team in 2023.

Louise enjoys using exercise and lifestyle management tools to help people manage and enhance their health and has a passion for making exercise enjoyable and accessible. Louise has a variety of interests in chronic pain and disease management, neurological and metabolic conditions, paediatric exercise physiology and mental health.

Outside of work Louise enjoys spending her time with family and friends, playing netball, bushwalking and participating in water sports.

Sophie is an Exercise Physiologist who has developed a passion for neurological conditions & chronic disease management. Sophie thoroughly enjoys helping others to reach their full potential and aims to use the latest evidence-based practice to provide clients with the tools needed to reach their goals. She has grown up playing a variety of sports and loves all activities outdoors. She is currently enjoying working with clients with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries and stroke. Sophie enjoys helping people return to exercise and regain their confidence.

Gabby completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra in 2022.

Gabby enjoys using exercise to help people manage their health and finding enjoyable exercises. Gabby has interests in the management of neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic, and mental health conditions.

Outside of work Gabby plays soccer and enjoys hiking, spending time with friends and family and exploring new cafes and restaurants in Canberra.

Che holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra. His interest in allied health began after experiencing a number of sporting injuries growing up, which gave him firsthand insight into the important role exercise and rehabilitation play in recovering from both acute and chronic conditions. This sparked a deeper curiosity in understanding how the body works and how to improve its function.

Che joined the Momentum team in 2023 and brings a strong interest in working with individuals experiencing persistent pain, balance impairments, musculoskeletal conditions, and neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS), and Parkinson’s disease. He has undertaken additional training in the management of dizziness and vestibular issues, including Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), and is also qualified in dry needling to support the management of these and other conditions.

Outside of the clinic, Che enjoys spending time with his family on the coast, playing guitar, and keeping active through social sports with friends.

Nathan graduated from the University of Canberra in 2023 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Prior to physiotherapy Nathan lived in Tasmania, and has worked in hospitality, fitness coaching, Foxtel installation and warehousing. Has experience in private hospital orthopaedics in-patient and out-patient before joining Momentum in 2024.

Since working at Momentum, Nathan has developed his clinical interest areas of dizziness, balance disorders and a broad range of neurological conditions. He also has special interest in helping clients preparing for, recovering from, or avoiding surgery. Nathan will help empower you take charge of your condition or pain and learn to manage it independently. He is passionate about getting people of all backgrounds and abilities back into movement, or into exercising for the first time, so they can keep doing things that are important to them. Nathan uses a variety of exercise and manual therapy techniques including dry needling.

Outside of work Nathan enjoys riding mountain bikes, snowboarding, painting miniatures, video games, trivia nights and tabletop gaming.

Elisa has completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra.

She became a physiotherapist because she is interested in understanding how the body works as well as being passionate in supporting others in achieving their goals and improving their function.

During her clinical placements, she obtained expertise in both hospitals and private practices. She enjoys working with clients who have neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, with particular interest in Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and Multiple Sclerosis, and back pain. 

When Elisa isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She likes to play board games and netball, as well as baking anything sweet.

Beth is a physiotherapist with a passion for supporting individuals living with neurological conditions and those navigating complex rehabilitation journeys. She has a particular interest in working with people with multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease, and those recovering from stroke.

Beth also has experience in paediatric physiotherapy and welcomes children from two years of age and above.

She is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and takes a collaborative, goal-focused approach to treatment. Beth works closely with her clients to help them achieve their individual goals, maximise independence, and enhance overall quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Beth enjoys staying active through cycling, mountain biking, kayaking, and skiing during the winter months. She volunteers as an adaptive ski guide with Disabled Wintersport Australia and is a national-level classifier for Para-skiing and Para-snowboarding.

Vanessa moved from the Southern Highlands in NSW to Canberra in 2021 to complete her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra.

Vanessa has a keen interest in helping those with chronic conditions achieve their goals to improve their daily life through rehab, including those experiencing neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury and multiple sclerosis. This has been built through experience during placements in both private and publics sectors, and while working as an Allied Health Assistant in the community.

In her free time, you’ll find Vanessa in the gym, on a bushwalk or struggling her way through a social sport comp.

Jen is a dedicated and experienced physiotherapist who combines clinical expertise with a genuinely caring approach. She graduated from Oxford Brookes University in England with a Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2022 and joined the Momentum team in 2026.

Jen has worked across a broad range of settings, including community services, acute respiratory wards, outpatient musculoskeletal clinics, and inpatient spinal cord injury rehabilitation. This diverse background allows her to confidently support people with complex needs. She has a particular passion for working with neurological conditions such as MS, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and motor neuron disease. Jen is committed to helping people stay connected to the activities they enjoy and to achieve meaningful, personal goals.

Before becoming a physiotherapist, Jen served as an officer in the British Army, bringing leadership, resilience, and strong communication skills into her clinical work. Following on from her military career she moved into the world of exercise therapy in 2017, drawing on her Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Sports Science to support people living with cancer, cardiovascular disease, osteoarthritis, and other health conditions.

Outside the clinic, Jen enjoys staying active and making the most of the outdoors. You’ll often find her out on the water with her dragon boat club, lifting at the CrossFit gym, or on the netball court (doing her best to dodge the occasional stray ball!). She’s also a dog lover and has a keen interest in environmental issues.

Patrick was born and raised on a dairy farm in South West Victoria and went on to study a Bachelor of Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics at La Trobe University in Melbourne. He has since moved to Canberra to continue pursuing his passion and career in helping others achieve their goals. Patrick is enthusiastic about working with both paediatric and adult clients across the full spectrum of prosthetic and orthotic care. He is highly motivated to continue learning about advancing technologies and clinical practices to ensure he provides best-practice, evidence-based, and person-centred care. Patrick is driven by a strong motivation to help people maintain and improve their physical function, and he finds great purpose in delivering assistive devices that empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys going on hiking adventures and playing traditional Irish music on the concertina.

Elise has completed Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy) at CIT and has been working as an AHA for four years.
Prior to being an AHA, she spent 20 years working as a florist and a personal trainer but always wanted to pursue a career in the health sector helping people.
Elise endeavours to use her energetic and compassionate personality alongside to develop strong rapport with her Clients.
She feels it is a great privileged to be able to support her Clients in improving their quality of life and independence through movement.
In her personal life she enjoys running, strength training, gardening and being outdoors with her two children.

Charlie grew up in Canberra with a strong curiosity about how the human body works and a genuine passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra, where he continues to develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to support clients in their recovery and performance.

Outside of work and study, Charlie enjoys staying active whether that’s training hard at the gym or playing high-level soccer. He brings the same energy, discipline, and dedication into his role as an Allied Health Assistant
