What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise Physiology is a specialised allied health service focused on using movement, exercise and education to improve health, function and quality of life. Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified professionals who design safe, personalised exercise programs for people living with injuries, chronic health conditions, disabilities and complex medical needs.

At Momentum Therapy & Rehab, our Exercise Physiology team works closely with clients to build strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, increase confidence and support long-term health and independence. Programs are tailored to each individual’s goals, abilities and lifestyle.
