Canberra’s exercise studio designed specifically for neurological therapy, rehabilitation & healthy ageing.

Our purpose-built rehabilitation studio, located directly across the road from our Momentum physiotherapy clinic, has been specifically designed to support people living with neurological conditions, those undergoing rehabilitation, and older adults looking to maintain strength, mobility and independence.

We provide individual sessions, group based classes, and ongoing support for those living with disability. This assists in development of confidence, independence and participation in everyday activities.

Delivered by the experienced team at Momentum Therapy, NeuroStudio combines evidence-based therapy, exercise and technology-assisted rehabilitation in a supportive and motivating environment. Our team works closely with clients to improve strength, balance, mobility and independence while helping them work towards meaningful personal goals and a better quality of life.

Specialised equipment

We’ve made a significant investment in exercise equipment specific to neurological and complex rehabilitation. At NeuroStudio you’ll have access to exercise equipment not usually available in everyday gyms. Here’s just some of our specialised equipment:

  • Litegait – our partial weight bearing system and treadmill
  • SkiMil – for better activation of extensor activity in walking
  • Specialised cable pulley for very small weight adjustments
  • Specialised leg press that reclines and works with partial body weight or with a weight stack
