Lauren Rutzou
Lauren joins the Momentum team as an occupational therapist who has over 10 years of experience specialising in neuro upper limb therapy. She has recently moved to Canberra from Sydney where she has worked in a public hospital in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Lauren is passionate about providing evidence-based upper limb therapy and has a particular interest in stroke. She has extensive experience in task analysis and providing customised exercises to improve arm and hand function as well as spasticity management, splinting and casting. Lauren has completed specialised training in Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT) and is a Saebo Certified Therapist.
On the weekends she enjoys exploring parks with her young family and is an avid coffee drinker.
