Sophie Dunn

Sophie is an Exercise Physiologist who has developed a passion for neurological conditions & chronic disease management. Sophie thoroughly enjoys helping others to reach their full potential and aims to use the latest evidence-based practice to provide clients with the tools needed to reach their goals. She has grown up playing a variety of sports and loves all activities outdoors. She is currently enjoying working with clients with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries and stroke. Sophie enjoys helping people return to exercise and regain their confidence.
