Long Covid -

Support is still available

Momentum Therapy previously delivered an 8-week Long COVID Program funded by Capital Health Network. While the government-funded program has now concluded, we recognise that many people continue to experience ongoing symptoms and challenges following COVID-19.

We are continuing to offer support for people living with Long COVID through an individualised approach designed around your needs, goals and current capacity.

How we can help

Your journey begins with an initial assessment appointment with one of our experienced clinicians. This allows us to understand your symptoms, current function and individual goals, and develop a personalised plan to support your recovery and wellbeing.

Depending on your needs, ongoing support may include regular review appointments to:

  • Monitor your progress and symptoms
  • Support safe and gradual return to physical activity
  • Improve strength, fitness and functional capacity
  • Assist with fatigue management and pacing strategies
  • Provide education and strategies for independent management
  • Adapt your exercise program as your needs change

Our aim is to provide practical, individualised support to help you build confidence, manage symptoms and return to doing more of the things that matter to you.

Register Your Interest in Our Group Program

We are also exploring the opportunity to offer a new 8-week Long COVID Group Program based on the successful format of our previous program.

The program would combine guided exercise, education and practical strategies to support people experiencing persistent symptoms following COVID-19.

The original program was designed to provide structured support for people experiencing persistent Long COVID symptoms, combining supervised exercise, education and home-based strategies to help participants safely improve their strength, fitness and confidence.

Our ongoing approach continues to draw on these principles while allowing support to be tailored to each individual’s needs.
